Return Policy

 

Here at Sweet P General, we try our hardest to make your shopping experience the best possible!

With that said, we understand that sometimes items don’t work for you as well as you’d hope to and you would like to return them. We have made our return policy as simple as possible for you to follow.

If you order something from us and you don’t absolutely love it after you open your package, we will do our best to exchange most items within 7 days of delivery for store credit ONLY.

When returning an item, please take note of the following as we remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers.

 

● Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us. We DO NOT send return labels, so you can send the item back however you prefer. Return shipping charges will not be refunded or included in store credit.

● Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. Store credit may then be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. Store Credit never expires.

● Returns must be postmarked within 7 (seven) days of the date you receive your shipment. No exceptions. Any returns postmarked after 7 days of the date you receive will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a re-shipping fee to receive your merchandise back.

● Clothing must be unwashed, unworn, free of damage & have original tags still attached.

● Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of an E-giftcard via email when your return is processed. It will be sent to the email address you have on file with us.

● Certain merchandise, such as gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.
